The Elpack OC series Weighers are the ideal net weigher for products such as sugar, rice, seeds, coffee beans, ground coffee and numerous other items.
When designing the OC series weigher special emphasis was placed on producing a simple, easy to operate, easy to install weigher utilizing an advanced state-of-the art microprocessor and plug- in printed circuit boards for all key circuitry.
It can be user installed in a matter of minutes and operated by unskilled personnel.
The OC weigher is a modular unit with provisions for easy incorporation into a packaging line with form-fill-seal-equipment, auto-baggers, cans or box lines.

The Elpack weighing machine models SDC, TDC and TRI-DC are the ideal net weighing machines for products like candies, biscuits, food products (frozen as well) hardware - and a wide range of other particle products.
While constructing this weighing machine, special care was given towards simplifying service and ensuring trouble-free operation.
The model SDC feeds product particles by means of two tandem vibrators, the first one acting as feeder and the second one specially designed for improved coarse+fine feed.

| Operation Principle |
|
The intermediate pan accumulates products for next weighing and shortens falling distance of product when the procedure is completed, the pre-weighed product is then discharged into the desired container.
This filler combines the advantages of microprocessor friendly control with load cell, providing high weighing accuracy, and simplified mechanical components to achieve precise filling accuracy, reliable performance and low maintenance cost.
The machine can be installed by one person within a few minutes only and afterwards can be operated by an unskilled laborer.
Owing to the construction and software of Elpack weighers, they can be easily synchronized with any other packaging equipment like form-fill-& seal-machines, welding machines and others.
